In order to enhance the level of service provided and to care for its customers; MIS has held a customer service course entitled “How to maintain the company and its customers” for all employees directly related to their tasks with customers, and MIS seeks to improve the service provided by developing service delivery mechanisms as well as providing employees with the necessary skills and knowledge that will develop the level of services provided to all Clients, it is worth mentioning that Dr. Adel Ahmed Al-Emad Specialist in Medical administration and health economy – Associate Professor – Faculty of Medicine, Sana’a University, Community Medicine  Dep – Founder and Chairman of Medical Insurance Specialist; He is given the lecture due to  the importance of the course in providing the participating employees with important knowledge, and this was the most prominent themes that were touched upon; The vision, mission and values ​​of the company and commitment to it, improving the quality of service provided, taking care of customers’ opinions and complaints, the skills of solving problems and dealing with complaints, the characteristics of employees who are most capable of serving and satisfying customers, enhancing customer loyalty (continued customer satisfaction).
